Talking Jen's Photo-Shoot challenge

My mum and I are 50 and 21 respectively this year, so to celebrate we are having a professional photo-shoot and makeover!

The big day is November 20th! It's just been booked today! That's just over 8 weeks away... that's 16lbs loss at 2lb a week....

So my goal is to be just 1st lighter, that gives me a week off!!

If anyone else has an 8 weeks time goal, feel free to join me! I'll be posting my exercise, weight and sometimes eats (only sometimes cos some days I forget to write it all down...).

Starting at 12st exactly

Exercise today... walk round the shops!

Food so far today:

Cereal with protein powder
english muffin and marmite
grapes

Food I know I'm going to eat...
southern style chicken or maybe fish fingers
2 belgian chocolates that are in my drawer at work...
maybe some crisps or something if I have calories left!
I'd have fruit but there's none left!

I don't have an 8 week time goal Jen but i'll join you to keep you and your Mum company I'm going to have to re-think what i'm doing cuz I did'nt lose an ounce this week maybe on some days i've been eating too little I might have to resort to S.W. or W.W. this week to see if that makes a diff i've only got old material to go by but what the heck if it worked then I don't see why it won't work now

Blimey veggie! That's aheck of a lot of difference! Better make em 15st at home and 16st in boots then!!

So far... I've been eating lots!! Ha ha! Actually, not as much as last weekend! We've been at home all day today so not been too bad! Had apple crumble for dinner!

Bit worried about going back to uni cos I'll be cycling and not sure how much to eat to not fall over! I need a bit of a re-calc! Then also I don't want to eat so much that I don't lose any weight! I'm sure eating will be at the back of my mind anyway, cos I'll have a ton of work piled on!!

A three pack aint so bad... I thought you said 3 packs....

I've cycled to college today... It was 17.5 miles all round there and back!

I've lost 2 stone since I saw most people at college, and none of them batted an eyelid!!

Ah well, I'll show em! They'll realise when I'm at goal!

The scales are back down to 12st this morning! That's ok! I guess eating a bit more on days I was exercising wasn't doing any good!!

I've only cycled and kickboxed so far this week, although I'm thinking about doing my New York City Ballet workout today..... but then I'm "thinking" about doing lots of things today!!

Hey!

I did my New York City Ballet thing!! I also went round to my mates for dinner and had cheesy bacon pasta and tarte au chocolate!!

The bacon was Lean and Low and the cheese was Mozzarela, so not tooo bad, but we demolished half the tart between us!!
