Hi everyone, feeling much better today, been marching around shopping mall, everyday exersize counts right, got a great outfit LBD so I'm a happy bunny again, goin out a sat night with my workmates

im glad your feeling better, nothing worse when you have an awful day(eatingwise) in your first week of assertive trying, it can so easily set you back, lol i know from experience if i had a bad day id usually say oh well ill start again next week

hiya, yes its a little black dress but what i did'nt mention was i got a little beaded shrug, shoes and handbag to go with it, i love the vintage look. Its ages since I treat myself its ages since I've had a good night out too, without mr geordie so i promised to be good, anyway I've got work the next morning so i'll be pacing myself anyway, we'll be doin a pub crawl then clubbin but i doubt i'll last the distance or i wont be able to get up for my shift, got to set a good example lol but i know where my good intentions usually end up esp when i've been looking for the bottom of a beer bottle. That sounds like a mega crimbo Cat

Part of the fun is the shopping found out i've got a do to go to so i saved my 1st outfit and bought another lbd {boring but slimming }Gonna have to watch the purse strings tho. Had a good night, young uns were really tame compared to me,but they already kinda knew what to expect anyway, was the typical night out lotsa drinkin, lol, and the mate in the loos coz she was dumped but with lots of angry textin then lovey doveyness they made up. was a goodie tho, was up for work this morn even tho I felt icky
