Stick with it! You know it works and have done fab!

What keeps me going is thinking to self - What tastes better...that little indulgence that lasts 5 mins....or the feeling of being slimmer that lasts 24x7! :)

I love love love flavoured cottage cheeses that a free. Most people turn their noses up at cottage cheese (I did) until I tried Tesco Tuna and Sweetcorn one! You really wouldn't know it was cottage cheese! And is creamy and divine and gorg with melted mozarella on half a dozen oven baked jackets ;)

They do other ones which are nice too - smoked cheese and onion and cheese and chive etc and free on both days so magic!

Hi All thanks for that , so cottage cheese hey i have tried plain cottage cheese and wasnt impressed but i give the flavored ones ago see how i like them and you say free on both days ??,
well i feel like iam back on track had a great green day yesterday and having red today , i normally stick to green, do you feel like it works better if you have day about doing both or do you stick to one or other ???

I seem to end up having mainly green days as I feel like I can have more variety of free things to eat. I always feel hungry on a red day!

Mmm, haven't tried the Tuna and Sweetcorn cottage cheese. Might have to give that one a try!

Had a 'treat' today. Chips with Massala Sauce and a stuffed paratha! Yum :D

What is paratha?

I was all excited today to try roasted butternut squash and put it in the oven all ready in fry light - and when i came to it i thought it looked a bit "good" - ie seemed quite a lot of fat - then i realised my housemate has used to roasting pan and hadnt washed it after his very fatty cooking....i must have been blind!

So i threw it all away!

I seem to eat far far far too much on green days and i think it was slowing my losses so now i have 6 red and one green a day. This doesnt mean that red days are better..its just most people dont like to eat till it hurts like me! :moo:

i find it hard to have red days as i can never think what to take to work for lunch , at mo i just have noodles lol, i want to look like one one day

I had my indian when I was on my Green day. The other half asked me if I wanted any chicken and I said "Best not! But get a large portion of chips and a paratha each!" :lol:

hi all so hows every one doing?? hope ur still on plan i have lost another 3 pounds this week iam so pleased but i am due on and i always lose before i come on which i find stange as most put on i have to be good or it go straight back on next week lol, take care xx

just thought I'd check in and see how you guys are all doing. I've kept my weight off for over 2 months now without gaining and apart from having a miserable cold, feel really great :)

You guys are still doing great stick with it :)
