Supernoodles are the staple on my diet as I'm the kind of person who can eat a sandwich and still wonder what's for lunch!
The trick with the low fat super noodles is to use slightly more water and cook for slightly longer than the normal ones. They still don't taste the same but its better.
Even using the normal ones, it averages out about 474 calories (depending on flavour) which is about all I need for my lunch and as I don't count fat at the moment it makes me think I've had something filling and hot which is a great psychological boost.
