AM feeling a bit more engertic tonight, although not much, think i must be sickening for something I am sleeping plenty but am still exhausted by the end of th eday. Am going for more blood tests in a fortnight so maybe they will show up something. Something is definately not quite right. Maybe the doctor could prescribe a fornight holiday in the sun and I could get it for the NH prescription charge - if only :cb:

Done all my laundry and Corrie is about to come on :dunno: i think i'll have to tape it cos i've just slathered myself in sunscreen and i'm going to go out on the deck and soak up some of that gorgeous sunshine :sunny: its just beautiful and we are heading for a heatwave this weekend with the temps in the high 20's :cb: i should have a nice tan by next week ;) got one now but want a good 'un :lol: will be having some nice cold lager later cos i'm off tomorrow ;) its a bit early to crack one open now is'nt it? 3pm? is'nt it? :devil: :rofl:

It's a bit late for a reply, but I'd say it's never too early to crack open an ice cold lager if you're sitting in the sun!! :coffee: (alright, I know it's not a lager smiley, but the action is there!)

Sandie, yep i did :coffee: my arm got plenty of exercise :lol: we hit an all time high temperature record yesterday with 30 degrees :stress: so i did last night as well :rofl: it was stinking hot in our bedroom so i could'nt settle last night either :( i gave up trying to get to sleep at 4am and got up for work :lol: only started at 6am so i was nice and early this morning.

Very quiet in here today. Just popped in to say I'm a big fat piggy and I need to stop it!!! Can find all the excuses in the book right now to eat what I'm not supposed to, and even a gain on the scales isn't making me stop pigging out!

Heya I've been cr*p yesterday :( too much beer and chocolate.

Went to Cornwall for the week. Was really good until wednesday but then had half a cram tea, a small piece of ginger cake, icecream, and chips twice and a veg chinese but somehow have still managed to maintain this week so I'm pretty happy. Want to start losing again next week though.
