Breakfast:

Decaff Coffee with Skimmed millk (from heA)
Banana
2 nectarines

grapes


Lunch:

Jacket Potato with beans and cheese (heA)
Blackcurrant Muller Light

Dinner:

Tagliatelle with roasted veg
2 small brown rolls (2heB)

Decaff diet coke to drink throughout the day.

I have been trying to figure out what to do with rice cakes to make them more appetizing, let me know if you figure out, for now I will rest my cuppa on them...

I love the Quorn Tikka bites and the mexican quarter pounders...The nuggets are super yummy, but alas bread crumbs kick up the sin value...
