Snack ideas!

    I’m new to the forum and have come on for a bit of support and advice please. I did south beach years ago and found it so good, it really suited me and I lost weight and kept it off for ages almost without thinking too much as I’d got into the swing of it. Fast forward 5 years and I’m struggling, I’ve put lots of weight on over the last year and have zero motivation to diet. I have decided enough is enough but (don’t shoot me here) I started this time on phase 2 as I was never going to stick to phase one in my current mindset. I’ve done just over a week and am feeling good, defo feeling a bit slimmer too. However, I would like a treat option for things like a trip to the cinema when everyone else is eating pic n mix! Especially with the holidays coming up... I can’t remember what the treat options were last time on P2 - are there any?! any suggestions very welcome please!

  • My favourite healthy treat options for the cinema is kale chips. They are salty, crunchy, and packed with nutrition.
  • I never eat at the cinema, but for people who do, kale chips sound like a good idea. Try to get one with only whole food ingredients, if possible.

    Other possible options could be baby carrots, or a sheet of seaweed, or roasted chickpeas.
