  • Quote: Hello everyone,

I'm sure I'm not alone with this, hence why I'm asking on here to ask for any tips etc.

I really struggle to motivate myself to exercise or just move in general. I desperately want to lose weight, my diet is brilliant, I love healthy eating but I just can't force myself to exercise. If anyone could be of any help that'd be brilliant, thank you
Set Clear Goals: Define specific, achievable fitness goals. Whether it's weight loss, building strength, or improving endurance, having clear objectives can give you a sense of purpose.

Start Small: Begin with short, manageable workouts. Even 10-15 minutes a day is a good start. Gradually increase the duration and intensity as your fitness level improves.

Find Activities You Enjoy: Exercise doesn't have to be a chore. Try different activities until you find something you genuinely enjoy, whether it's dancing, hiking, swimming, or playing a sport.

Create a Routine: Establish a consistent exercise schedule. Having a routine can make it easier to stick to your workouts.

Get Support: Exercise with a friend or join a fitness class or group. Having someone to share the experience with can make it more enjoyable and hold you accountable.
