Just wanted to introduce myself. I joined today and need a kick up the bum from time to time!
I am 58, I live in Brittany and have about 8kgs to lose - at least. More, to get to my ideal weight as I'm 152cms tall and weighed 68.2kgs at the start of the week.
I'm using "Lose it" app to count calories and am trying to get a grip with portion control.
About 7 years ago I lost 13kgs with WW so I know how to eat and that I can do it. The weight has just crept back over the years.
Last summer I felt like a beachball on the beach and really want to get away from that for this summer!
