Newbie Trying to Lose Weight
Hi,
I'm Dani, 42 and live in Wales. I'm 5'9" and am currently 17 stone 12lbs. I have gained 4 stone in 4 years, through divorce and a couple of operations. I suffer with back and joint pain which isn't helped by my weight.
My GP started me on Orlistat yesterday so I've had to swap from doing high fat low carb to low fat and low carb.
I'd be delighted to get down to between 12 and 13 stone, that's a tidy size 14 for me.
I like going to the gym but am finding it hard at the moment because of my joint pain.
