Need to get back on the wagon. Lost 4 stone a few years ago and need to find it again. But which diet?!
When I lost 4stone it was very strict, but I think I need that. Find Slimmimg World far too 'loose' if that makes sense. Not good with eating in moderation.
Thought about Weight Watchers again but I know the plan has changed a lot since I was there last.
So what you recommend?! Any advice?! Like I need something to keep me on the right road. If there was one with menu plans for example I'm good at sticking to them. Too many choices means I take the wrong one!!
Slim Fast didn't work for me. I've been on healthy eating since January and lost about 1.5 stone so far. My version of healthy eating is pretty strict - replaced all white pasta with wholemeal, white rice with brown and cut back on both rice and pasta, no potatoes, no added sugar (not even in things like ketchup, sauces etc), no pastries/sweets/cakes. Fruit in moderation.
My typical meal is meat with veg, green smoothie or overnight oats for breakfast.
