Hi Peaches, welcome to the site. I do WW, I don't go to meetings, used to but don't have the time and so do everything by myself with support from the wonderful girlies on here and a close friend who lives near by and who also does WW. I have lost 29 pounds since Jan 1st this year and although I've had the odd bad day (or four if I count last week) oops, I do find it an easy plan to follow and I feel so wonderful for shedding this weight. I also joined Curves back in April and absolutely love it, it's just the exercise programme for me and not once have I ever not wanted to get up and go do my thirty minutes work out and afterwards I always feel fantastic. Please feel free to join us on our hello linnk and our weekly weigh in, and I'm sure you'll find that we are great supporters of this weight loss business, and well done on the four pounds you've already lost....

Hi Peaches I do weight watchers too and have 29.5lbs since last October. Am loosing it really slow but am making big lifestyle changes along the way.

Is hard, wish it was easy but one day I will be healthly and much much lighter.
