I'm a forum newbie - not just here, but forums in general! But I'm here now, because I need to find some support in my situation.
For years now, I've been struggling with food and weight. From starvation diets, to huge binges, to slimming pills, to not caring in the slightest. I've been through the extremes and I don't want to be there any more!
I'm embarking on something new - a clean and lean diet. It's healthy and nutritious, a lifestyle not a fad. But I know how hard it's going to be to give up the habits I've adopted, both mentally and physically, so I'm here. To keep track of my progress, to vent my frustrations, and to hopefully find people that are going through, or have overcome the same thing.
