Hey everyone, pretty new to this stuff, forums and what not, also to dieting haha.

So I thought I would come along and say hi.

My name is Gav, I'm a 25 year old guy from Aberdeen in Scotland, and joined to get a bit of advice and support from other would be weight lossers.

Starting my weight lose programme tomorrow and hoping to get slim and sexy by 2014

Thanks, yeah I'm not really sure if I have any boy related problems yet haha. Maybe look into both haha, but better around girls, than the usual type of guys, being gay haha
