Im starting the Cambridge diet today! I am drinking my first shake as I type! :O I was so scared - so many people said that the shakes are awful and they felt sick after! D:
But i'm okay so far - i have the mint choc one. I'm thinking I didn't blend it enough, its a bit lumpy but It's still nice. My mummy is still asleep and the hand blender is REALLY noisy, hahah
Just having my very first breakfast shake! :D
