Hey guys Im new so hello
I need tips on how to keep motivated. I started my diet on new year started at 12.4 stone and dropped all my bad habits with ease dropped a stone in a month and then for three month stayed at the exact same weight. I cant work out mich because i have bad hips but i swim when i can afford to. I tried to drop more bad habits but it made the diet unbarable, i tried to do more exercise but its hard. So i lost motovation and went back into old habits i still keep most of the good work going but im finding it hard to redrop the snacking and temptation again.
Anyone got any tips to help me keep going. At 5.2 anything over 9 stone is bad for me.
