.....the calories that you burn when exercising are you meant to use them as extra calories to intake????????
I am almost convinced I have asked before but couldn't find it, so I may have been dreaming.
Also whilst you have been dieting have any of you noticed a change in your TOM. Only asking as I my current TOM is not due for another 9 days and I appear to be on today And I have never been more than a day early in my life.
Hi leigh-r. As far as your TOM question, I started dieting because I began having irregular cycles--I skipped 2 almost 3 mos. and was NOT PG. Then about 1.5 weeks into actively changing my eating habits and starting walking as exercise, TOM started. It was like a normal one in all respects. But! about 2 weeks after that one ended another one began. Then again in another 2 weeks. I was really regular prior to the 3 mos. delay. After the 2 consecutive ones, I am now a month overdue, not PG. So my Dr. mentioned something about how fat cells make estrogen and decreasing the amount of fat decreases estrogen levels...and your body is just trying to adjust to the changes which may cause the irregular periods. Sorry to be so long-winded but hope this helps! As for me, I'm not missing TOM one bit .
