Default I cheated.....

I feel really bad as I have been doing so well but the smallest thing has thrown me totally off track
The kids have been off school, my hubby has been working day shifts ( rather than nights he usually does) which has meant that I havn't been able to make it to the gym this week at all and to top it off I have had really bad stomach ache all week so I have been eating things I wouldn't usually to try and make me feel better!! I know it sounds silly...most people wouldn't be able to eat if they were ill but I have always been that way " strength goes in at the mouth and all that"!!
I have by NO means been gorging but I have been having much more than I have been doing. Even my exercise dvds have stayed on the shelf because with 4 kids at home all day I just cant find 10 mins to do it! I feel really crap that I have come this far and let myself down like this.
I am going to the gym tonight with a view to getting back on track very quickly...I couldn't bear the thought of all my hard work going down the pan

You're making a GOOD decision going to the gym tonight.

Put the past behind you, and immediately start stepping forward!

Yeah, you can't change what happened yesterday, but you can do something about what happens from now on. Why not get the kids doing the dvd's with you? I've started getting the kids dancing to Just Dance 2 with me on the Wii, and doing yoga on some of the mad channels we get on sky. xx

At least you are aware of it and are taking active steps to sort it out. Did you get to the gym? Just keep reminding yourself how well you have done so far and hopefully things will click back into place. It's amazing how a change in our routine can throw us! We really are creatures of habit!
