  • Thanks ladies

    Cathy I agree the last 7lbs is probably not going to make that much of a difference and it may be that my body wants to be 11 stone 7. but after all this time I have to get to 11 stone just so I know, if when I get there I go back up to 11 stone 7 well thats fine, at least I will have reached my target and I will know for sure...does that make any sense ?

    Ali
  • Ali, you are absoluutely awesome luv. I'm sure you will lose those seven pounds, you are so motivated I can't think your body will beat down your will power Happy weight loss anniversary to you too.
  • Thanks Chris
    I spent the whole of my anniversary cleaning and tidying the house and making room for all my gym equipment, I pretty much have it all in one room now which will make it quicker and easier to use, part of my problem was I was having to set things up before I started a workout and then put it all away again, now I can leave it where it is and just concentrate on using it...those last few pounds wont know whats hit them ...she says ...hopefully

    Ali
  • Am another 2lb lighter and am feeling amazing.

    Those last few pounds will go Ali, happy weight loss anniversary.
  • Here are the scores on the doors for the UKFC this week

    Leigh = -0.5lbs
    MelissaA = -2.5lbs
    Peacock = -0.5lbs
    Posy = -3lbs
    Sal = -2lbs
    TQ = -1.5lbs

    Giving us a weekly loss of 12lbs.

    Which gives us a grand loss for 2003 (so far) of 63lbs, 4 stone 7lbs
  • Well done to TQ, Carol, Melissa, Ali and anyone I've missed

    I am really hoping to lose 3lb this week (wednesday weigh-in) so I can reach my 1st stone lost before visiting my parents next week. Once I'm there I think things should be ok as mum is also on a diet and dad has to be careful with what he eats as he suffers from angina. Husband will just have to eat whilst we are out of the house! What bothers me more is the 17th century banquet on saturday night with something like 20 dishes, all cooked in an authentic manner, even the veg isn't unadulterated. I just know I will overdo it. We are visiting my parents from Sunday to Tuesday night so I'll be back home for weigh-in on Wednesday. Seriously wondering if I should take the scales with me.

    Good luck to all of us who weigh-in over the next few days
  • Well done all, we do look good when it's all written down in such lovely colours, don't we! Carol, do we each have a special colour, or do we just get what we get? Well done on your two pounds, you did say you were an angel, you were right luv
  • Yay! minus 4lb this week!

    Mind you I have felt really rough for 2 weeks (this week is star week so no wonder I felt c**p). I spent the weekend in bed (no! not doing that - I might have lost more pounds if I had!)
  • my target for this week is two pounds although I went to York for my hen weekend (this last one) and there was to much chocolate to resist...So, we shall see if my bender will have any effect at my thursday night SW weigh in!!
  • 63lbs lost since January you girls are phenomenal i just wish i was contributing to it i will find my stride here..i promise..i need to sit myself down and have a serious talk with myself congrats to you all
  • I lost 1lb this week (that's over a fortnight actually, it was too icy to go to class last Tuesday, but I'm sure I maintained anyway).

    I'm hoping for another lb next week because that will get me my 2 stone award! I'm not starting on that tonight though as I'm currently eating Viscount biscuits ("the mint lover's biscuit").

    The weigh-in lady said that you could really tell the difference from when I started, which was nice to hear.

    Well done everyone else, that was a brilliant week if you look at the summary.
  • Well done everybody, we are amazing.

    The colours are random, I just pick them from the list, if anybody has a favourite colour let me know and I'll domy best to keep you in it.

    Mellisa, was it your hen weekend, for your wedding or a hen weekend for another wedding ? I am very nosy !!
  • Reporting in with a 3lb loss this week, That is exactly one stone off and I'm one happy little bunny today.

    I've even managed to requalify for my charm bracelet - started it 18 months ago putting on 1 charm for every 7lb lost and ended up with two on then regained all the weight and more. Now I've lost my first stone I can wear it again and start accumulating more charms.

    Shell (Bakewell) has asked me to post on her behalf with her weight-loss of 5.5lb over the last fortnight. She is having computer problems and can't post at the moment.

    Well done to mini gem and peacock and good luck to everyone else!
  • Helen and Shell
  • Arwen,

    I love the idea of your charm bracelet. I hope you get to buy a few more charms for it soon.
