The end of day 2....

    Day 2 wasn't as easy a bit of PMT but I kept to my points and I survived it!
    I'm fretting about the weekend coming already, I'm off to visit my boyfriend (he lives 250 miles away) and he's already expressed a great desire to go for a curry!!! HELP!
    Has anyone got any suggestions for Indian meals that won't totally sink this weeks efforts?? I can leave all the "extras" alone, and I can cope with plain boiled rice, but main courses.....I don't like anything too hot either! Anyone?
  • What about tandoori chicken, you usually get a portion of chicken marinaded in yoghurt and tandoori spices, it isn't too hot and quite good as far as calories go in Indian food, ooh i love Indian food!!
  • Would go for tandoori or tikka chicken without the sauce. Plain rice and if like me you can't resist it have only half a nan.

    Enjoy it - remember you can't stick to plan every day of the rest of your life and sometimes we just need to except that we are going to eat a bit more than usual.

    Thanks for the suggestions, I'll let you know what I end up with, although I'm already envisioning the Chicken Kashmiri...with that fruity, creamy sauce....MMMmmmmmmm
    Oh yeah and the bowls of no-point soup for the whole of next week LMAO
