I am new to this site, and would like some help/tips on ways to cut out the fizzy drinks and snacks! I am trying to lose weight for myself to help my self esteem and confidence, but the main problem I have is that every time I try to cut out the fizzy drinks I end up drinking more of them than before. I also work in the offices of a chocolate factory and recently I have been moved department and chocolate and sweets are always left on the desks, so temptation of eating sugary snacks are very high.
If anyone has any tips I would be very grateful



and that has been a major factor in my weight gain. I have started to have fizzy water with squash not the same but better then plain water.
