Just frozen bananas, but you can add whatever you want. If you use over ripe bananas it has a strong banana-ey taste. If you use just ripe bananas but when you peel it no brown spots the banana taste is more subtle. I make it and have it with a tbsp of sugar free hershey syrup but i imagine it would be great with a bit of nutella or peanut butter or honey!
