Any skinny cow product is AWESOME people who aren't even dieting tell me they eat them ... I have some in the freezer now hehee :)
|
With yal on the skinny cow ice creams they are amazing, especially the Vanilla Truffle ones.
I have never seen a mint skinny cow ice cream before but it sounds really delicious. |
Haagen Dazs Mango and Apricot Smoothie. Calories aren't too bad and it tastes gorgeous. Sit with a timer though, so you don't "accidentally" end up at the bottom of the tub!:o
Ice Cream Maker - got one of these and its ok. Make sure you get one with a large capacity or you will get 3 spoons of ice cream in each batch. And its also quite a bit of mess when you are finished. |
Anyone a south beacher? I'm looking for sugar free frozen yoghurt or sweets... Any suggestions?
|
Mini Milks are amazing! 30cals for every one, and they're cheap too. Perfect!
|
I just discovered the Jamba Juice frozen yogurt and low fat ice cream bars. They are great, have a range of flavors, and are between 70-90 calories.
The laughing cow bars are yummy but they are too much of a binge trigger for me so I avoid them at all cost. |
Great suggestions everyone! :D
I've been popping vanilla & chocolate sprinkles Muller light yogurts into my freezer~ 90cals for 165ml pots, so quite good I think :) Very yummy! |
I have had great difficulty finding frozen yoghurt in supermarkets here- I know this sounds like a silly question but when a normal yoghurt is put in the ferezer does it come out the same as a pre made frozen yoghurt? Or do I have to stir it halfway through freezing or something?
|
That's not a silly question atall! Frozen yogurt is hard to find here :(
What I do~ (and i don't know if this is right or not ;) ) is get plain yogurt and leave it in the freezer for 2-3 hours to get a nice texture. However, if it's in there for 4-5 hours or a flavoured/textured yogurt, it tends to get horrible frozen crystals and be inedible :( |

Mini Milks!

I know it's not the lowest calorie ice cream/ice cream sub out there, but I love ben and jerries chocolate fudge brownie frozen yogurt. It's not completely sinless but it is SO good and if you're looking to really indulge it's still an awful lot lower in calories than the equivalent ice cream.
I've never tried any of the skinny cow products, might have to pick some up next time I go shopping. |
an addition...
I just had some weight watchers cafe latte or something like that...coffee ice cream on a stick basically it was good stuff.
|
I buy non fat low cal yogurt in individual portions, and freeze it.
|
julie's organic ice cream! it's awesome, with natural ingredients. the fudge bars are amazing, 100 calories, and no hfcs or artificial sweeteners if you worry about that.
