Default Cadbury's Smash

Ok so I have decided to have a go at counting cals.

I have 2 stone to lose and an working on 1200 per day to allow me a little more at the weekends.

Does this sound ok?

Can anyone tell me how many cals in Cadbury's smash before it is made up i.e. eg. 1oz of the granuels (I never put butter or marg in anyway)

Very grateful

Jano

This is for original smash, not sure about the other flavours...

This took a bit of detective work.
1 measuring cap = approx 44g dry smash
2 caps = 3 servings
so 1 serving = approx 30g dry smash

The nutrition info bit says that 1 serving (30g dry smash) made up with water is 97 calories.

Hope that helps.

Default Thanks to all

Hi

Thanks for your replies.

There is some bunf on the packet but it is for made up quanities as suggested ( I think that includes butter or marg, if it doesn't I don't want to weigh it made up in any case)

Thanks for the dry weight measurement. I used to have an old calorie book and it was in there. The new one only tells cal for made up quantities.

I think this is a brilliant low cal convenience food and I can quite happily eat it without fat but just adding a litle salt.

3days on the diet = loss 2.1/2lbs

Jan

PS I love the smash men too !!!! LOL
