Good tip Ellie R, I think it'll be less daunting than attempting pre-christmas weight loss! I noticed you said in an earlier post that you're not eating a lot of carbs, how do you stay off them? theres always loads of white bread and jacobs cream crackers and butter in my house because my granny lives with us so the temptation is always there! is it easier just to go completely cold turkey than to try and moderate?

Thing is, i think it is prob way healthier to try and moderate it, but for me, yep cold turkey is the only way.
NO WHITE BREAD EVER AGAIN!!!!! Its sad because I love it so much, but it is just a nutritionally empty filler
Seriously its bad for you, and to me everything is a potential Brennans bread sandwich, I think it is one of the key things to stay away from bread

best of luck, and don't let any gain set you back.....that is probably the biggest key to successful weighloss - ie ability to start over if you have been a bit bad, rather than just abandoning all together!!
