I haven't been on Fat Chicks for a LONG time, as I have been maintaining at 9st 8lbs - 9st 10lbs for a while. However, I now feel it's time to start the fun weight loss battle once more and finally get down to my ideal weight of between 8st - 8st 6lbs. I am only 5'1" and unfortunately tend to look bigger for my current weight. In 2006 I weighed my heaviest at 11st 4lbs and have gradually got down to my current weight, so I totally know that if I stick to healthy eating and exercise then I shall get my goal
I have recently purchased Claire Richard's 5 Step Fat Attack workout dvd and am actually LOVING IT! Like I actually want to get up and do it which is a first for me - maybe it's because I used to love Steps back in the day lol, but I do get really breathy and defo get a good workout from it! I have also invested in a pair of roller skates, haven't skated since I was about 14 so this will be great amusement trying to stay up - I did read that you can burn anywhere from 300cals + by skating for an hour so it's well worth it!
I basically just wanted to say hi to everyone and will no doubt be in need of support, and be offering support for the next few hundred months haha!
Hi and welcome back! - i am pretty new to this but am loving the support and motivation this forum gives. Come and join the 6 week challenge on the UK chicks thread - we are only 1 week in...
Heya. I also wandered away from this site for a while but have recently come back. Rollar blading sounds like a fun way to get some exercise - I haven't skated since I was like, 12 either and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to keep my balance if I tried, lol.
