Thanks so much, Stef!! I know it must be time consuming to compile the results - it definitely adds a huge layer of ACCOUNTABILITY and MOTIVATION for me to see it in blace and white and be part of a group challenge!
My goals this week are to continue counting calories on dailyplate and exercise at least 5 days! Have a healthy day, girls! |
Oh, it's going to be a hard week to follow. Holiday weekend, DH is home, wine has been drunk and the GL diet got forgotten.
Still, I'll have at least 5 days to get a little bit down. And I should be able to do a lot more exercise this week! Fingers crossed, mouth stitched closed and walking shoes firmlay laced on! I've got a pair of those MBTs that are just about worn in now, so I shall start my morning walks again - I use a book, Nina Barough's Walking for Fitness that has some great tips and a variety of walking programmes. It is great! I bought a neon yellow hoody from M+S, cleaned out my water bottles and am ready to go! I have even had a look at a half marathon for next March....... I may even make it! So here I go: Food Goal: Eat a GL breakfast everyday Exercise Goal: Walk twice this week Wii/yoga every day, 20 minutes minimum. |
I've had a bad week. I ended up with one lb on. Will have to improve this week.

Weigh in day for me today - 2lb lost :) so now 247 lb :)
This week will be much harder - going camping for 4 days so resisting fast food (if it rains), bacon butties, sausages and ice cream will be difficult! |
Hey, I hope it's not too late to join but i'd love to be in on it for the support and inspiration now that I am getting back into the swing of things. My starting weight is 159lb and I am going to aim for a loss of 10lb. I weigh in every Friday so i'll let you know how i'm doing. :D

Ok started off really well at work today, got home and it was all over.....
Binged (pb & j on a cracker, a bite of a cinamon bun, a banana a piece of cheese oh and lets not forget the piece of bread with jam on it) remind me not to stop at the grocery store after work... please.....:o |

Congrats to everyone who has lost weight so far! Well I had my weigh in and am down 1.5lbs. A bit annoyed with that, thought it would have been more. This is my 5th week on ww, first time I have been feeling a bit unmotivated... But its still a loss so chin up and keep going! So my stats are SW 295.5 (5weeks ago) CW 280.5 Good luck everyone |
Just bought the EA Active game for the Wii, so hope to lose some this week (fingers crossed).
