SInce I started this regime last SUnday, I weighted myself this morn and have lost first 2lbs. Will resist the scales again for another few days......

Got on scales this morning and am now 11st13 (167lbs) - nice to see an "11" again rather than the horror of the "12". Am really pleased

Any room for a new girl? I'd like to aim for 12 lbs in these 6 weeks.

WEIGH IN: Today 154... last week 157... 3 lb. loss!!!!
I weigh on Friday mornings, so I can relax just a bit on the weekend. I was very very happy with my weigh in this week. I know that's just because I'm restarting - usually I only lose 1-2 per week, so I know it will slow down, but I am happy! Have a great weekend ladies! Be healthy! |
I promise to make an updated list on Sunday - all the new entries and updates on the ones already in!
You can post your losses any day of the week, I'll find it all and subtract every pound, I promise!! I'm doing quite well (but don't tell anyone, I don't want to jinx it). |

Hope I'm not too late to join in on this, if not, thanks a million for putting it all together Stef - I am pretty new to the forum, and have mostly been on the US forums, though am Irish - it'll be a bit of a relief to talk in stones for a while!! I am doing a VLCD (very low calorie diet) High protein, practically no carbs, so technically should be able to manage over a stone in the time remaining, should!!! So...
