Default Newbie Alert!
Hi Im new here and just wanted to say hello. I've never posted on a forum or website before, so please be gentle with me!

I've been reading threads on this site for about a year but never posted or even signed up. I find it really uplifting and motivating. Am hoping now that I am actively taking part and being accountable to other people as well as myself, I can really get a hold of my weight and lose it forever.

I've only really started this week and am feeling really good about it this time.

Even just writing this is a really big step for me, I think Im finally ready!

Thanks for the support guys!

Im not sure when I've lost my six pounds though. I weighed myself on the 1st of Jan intending on doing my best, but it didn't work out. Am now really ready to start so weighed today and had lost six pounds an unintended bonus, and gave me an extra boost.

I'm glad I'm not alone. I just signed up today and started my weight loss plan yesterday. We can do this!
