Yester day I discovered a yummy lunch that I just can't keep to myself!
Started off with my apple
I had two toasted Crumpets (75kcals each Tesco)
On them I had 30grams Tesco light choices Extra light soft and smooth cheese(39kcals)
and topped each one with a slice of wafer thin ham around (21 kcals)
Total approx Kcals:275 fat:4g carb:48g protein:13g
I also had one of the crumpet things(14g soft cheese&40g ham) for dinner with a can of weight watchers spaghetti in tomato sauce w/ Parsley.
Total Kcals:329 fat:4 carb:57 protein:19
I was never a big fan of tinned spaghetti(bought on discount), but that stuff was really nice. Well worth it as a comfort food.
