hi every one i thrilled to have found 3fc closer to home no more converting stones to pounds i'm new at this site and have spent 2 weeks surfing all the sites i'm 41 and desperate to loose 5-5 1/2 stone hopefully before my sons wedding in august all help greatly appreciated

Welcome! I quite like all the Americans about though they tend to be pretty motivating. Maybe coz they're less cynical and pessimistic than us (OK I know gross generalization!) I like stones and pounds though even though they are dumb.

I love the cynicism and pessimism of the Brits. Over here we can be a little too sweet and syrupy. I swear if one more damned person tells me to "Smile" when I don't feel like smiling I'm gonna!!!!
