I am trying to order shoes from an UK website. I normally wear size 7 US and 37 European. However, under the size chart for size 5 in UK is 7 US and 38 European. I'm confussed as I don;t wear 38 European. So, I don't know what size to get. Anyone can help?

You're more likely a 4.5 in UK sizes (as I am). European 37s usually fit me fine but UK4s are too small. Where half sizes are not available I buy a 5 depending on the style. Boots or closed shoes I'll be fine with a 5, however more open styles (like a court shoe) will generally be too big.

you'd probably be a 4.5 or a 5. i wear a 9 in Us sizes and a 6.5 or 7 in UK. it just depends.
