not on it anymore but did it for a while.

go to tesco. get a bag of mixed salad leaves. that is about 4 meals. cook up some chicken beef with it. get some creme freche. put a big tblsp in a pot heat until it turns to liquid (don't boil) then mix in a tiny amount say 1/4 of a teaspoon of mustard to make mustard sauce (or cheese for cheese sauce) and pover over the meat.

jelly and cream! 86% coca chocolate lindt etc. get 2 squars and either grate or crush and sprinkle over the jelly and cream.

other things. fish poached with steamed veg. home made burgers using mince pressed in a bowl with herbs pepper and an egg to bind.

stew. beef/lamb/chicken or whatever mixed up with some peppers and a small amount of onion. lots and lots of green leafy veg. simmered down.

scrambed egg and salmon.

tuna mayo (a big fav of mine).

have you read the book? if not read it look at the foods recommended, there is an atkins group further down the board they will be much more able to help you. all i can say is make sure you get the minimum 20gnet required in the first phase. and make sure you get the fibre. if your not getting the fibre head to holland and barret etc and pick up a 500g bag of bran for a few quid and spoon it into your food.

I've been doing Atkins since August and have lost about 40#.
I eat mostly vegetables, meat, nuts, eggs and cheese. it's easy to make meals with this plan and to feed a family. If I make them spaghetti, I just eat the meatballs with sauce and parmasan cheese and add a salad.

Lunch is usually a salad with tuna or chicken and veggies.

Breakfast is usually some nuts, string cheese and coffee. On weekends I make a full breakfast with eggs, sausages, mushrooms, etc....

Highest weight 209
Today's weight 182.
