hi, for all those who struggle to see a light at the end of the tunnel when loosing weight please do this with me. i have a lot of weight to loose, 5 stone to be precise
instead of setting a massive goal id prefer to set mini ones.
right as of today im 211lbs, hopefully ill be posting tomorow saying im 210 lol, when someone looses their 7lbs they start number 2, and so on and so forth.
yeah you loose 7lbs in the 1st thread (number 1) then start again using another thread for number two. i think that its easyier when you have small goals rather one big one. unless it just me then ill be doing it on my own lol
