I dragged myself to WW this morning after a few nudges from Spoz, Faerie and juvja (THANKS guys
)
I put on 2.5lbs this week after eating loads and not tracking my points. It was a great class and I got loads of ideas for pickie foods (frozen grapes) and big voluminous foods (mix Rice krispies in with my Dorset Museli) to keep me satisfied for longer.
I have left class very determined to lose next week and not let stress make me pick bad choices.
At least this time next year I will be slimmer, instead of thinking 'Oh I must lose weight, why did I stop going to WW?')
I started off with the title of this post being 'back on the wagon' but there is NO wagon, there is no 'on or off'. There is just life with it's ups and downs. I'm still studying, I'm still stressed, but hey there are better foods in my fridge now
