weeks goal

  • i should be 145lbs today but instead i am 147lbs....
    my goal for this week is to push and push and push and get back on track....
    so a possible 3 or 4lbs....
    i know ridiculous, but 3lbs the next two weeks would put me right back on track....
    no snacking, no binging, no caking, no carbonated drink....
    walks at lunch time....
    exercise in the evening....
    next week should be better for more energising activities as i have week off!....
    WOOP WOOP cant wait!....

    It's been REALLY hot and humid!

    You could just have increased your fluid intake. it's really easy to carry an extra 4 - 5 lbs of fluid in just a couple of days!

    If you're pretty sure you haven't cheated yourself, then you may not need to do too much.


    Then again, I am jealous that you're so close to your goal
  • i just weighed in at 145.5....
    bit more hard work this week and i should reach 3 or 4lbs!....

    I've lost over 50lbs!!!!!!
  • on Sunday morning weight is 143.3lbs....
    means 3.9lbs loss this past week....

    so im aiming for a 3.3lb loss this week....

  • hovered at that weight up until today despite how hard ive exercised....
    mite have to put turbo boost on....
  • Wow! Thats loads of weigh, a 1/3 of what I need to lose
    How do you stay motivated when you don't lose as much as you would like?
    I am only 2 weeks in on a well travelled road, so wagon falling is a possiblity I have to face up!
