heres todays menu

b: shake
snack. banana
lunch: shake
snack apple
tea: mad mels chilli.......gettin excited at the thought of it.....

couldn't have that when on atkins..so it has been 4 months since I last had it......roll on 5.30pm

dssrt: lemon and lime sf jelly with lemon shape yoghurt on top

I had that last night and was sooo yummy.....I have also had the orange one too..with the orange sf jelly...also wicked

Ihad a good look around sainsburys and almost bought some ww sultana cookies...but put them back as i cant leave it at just one or two..not yet anyway :s:

I did weigh myself, and even though its not been a week yet I have lost 3lbs..so am a happy bunny

been to the gym also...so should help a bit more withthe cause!!!!

So far today
brekky- porridge with skimmed milk 180 cals

40 lengths swimming

walking aimlessly around savacentre and M&s

5 sesame and onion crackers 105 cals

lentil soup 190

chicken chargrilled 400cals
Green salad
balsamic vinegar

options hot choc 40 cals
lots of day left but not that many cals, planned to have for tea, thai stir fry about 500 cals, then bed cos there wont be any cals left sob :cry:

  • 2 slices toast with 5 tbsps baked beans
  • pitta with salad cheese and salsa
  • jacket potato with tin of spicy beans
  • yoghurt fruit
  • 1 toast

menu for weds

bfst: forgot...too busy.....had aquafit
snack:apple
lnch: starbucks caramel coffee

yes I know that I shouldn't but had as a treat for the 3lb weight loss! so allowed 200 cals

tea: chargrilled veggies (m+s) with mixed salad and dressing
sf jelly with strawbs, low cal custard and swirl of anchor 1/2 fat (triffle...yippeeeee) about 450 for the lot

snack...3 d doritos 92cals


had a good day in all.......did lots of walking tooo. :smug:

What happened! You were doing really well with this diet diary, then it just stopped!!!!!

Are you still sticking with the diet and have just stopped posting what your menu is??

Thanks Veggie. There are some really nice ideas for meals on there - especially breakfast and lunch which are the ones I usually get very bored with. You ought to copy the whole menu on to this thread.
