My cars in the garage....
i had to walk down the hill to my dad yesterday afterwork....
I guess its good exercise....
following tea i did my normal bike ride....
bit slower than normal but i did get there....
I know theres no way to spot reduce....
but does any one know any exercises that should help shrink my pesky handles....
grrrr, i hate them!....
Do you mean handles as in love handles? Im confused as that bike reference! Anyways, if i did get it correct there isn't any way to reduce them apart from losing weight unfortunately. Its like sit ups, it won't make your stomach any flatter as its the layer of fat over the top of the muscle. Sorry, but still, if there's a special occasion or something that you'd want to hide them for then you can always get these scary pant type things like out of Bridget Jones diary if you've ever seen it? But still, they will go as you lose more weight!
