I know it doesn`t help because we all view ourselves differently to everyone else but I wish my handles were the size of yours!!!
There is hardly anything there, you look fantastic and you should be soooo proud of yourself for your achievement, its a real incentive for me.

my next step is to reduce my food intake i think....
currently eat brekfast....
three pieces of fruit....
and an evening meal....
im guna reduce the size of breakfast and evening meal by almost half....
and just have two pieces of fruit throughout the day....
fingers crossed it will boost my loosing again....
