
I joined weight watchers, before joining I'd gone down almost 3 dress sizes, but I decided that I needed a little help, you know? So, I joined WW on Thursday.
Anyway... I'm finding it really hard to eat all my points, I feel like all I'm doing all the time is eating!
Hubby thinks that I haven't been eating enough which is part of the reason that I put on weight and have been struggling to shift it.... but I guess the moment of truth is when I go for my weigh in next week
