Hello, I am new to this UK thread although I have posted a few times on the others. I've been reading though and I don't know where to post first!!
Any advice - which is the daily thread??
Well here's a bit about me. I am 33 yo and live in West Yorkshire. I am following the WW program...... again......this time so far I have lost 8.5lb since 7th January. I am in serious need of some support because motivation is beginning to vanish fast.
I am trying to drink more water and do some exercise, mainly walking.
Most people speak daily on "hello from 1 fat chick in england #8" but feel free to just jump in wherever you like. As TQ said we tend to go to the weekly weigh in thread to record our weight loss. This is the first time in my life that I've started a diet and actually feel like THIS IS IT - I know I would not be motivated after 8 weeks or so if it weren't for these guys.
I weigh in on Mondays at WW's so I will post when I get home.
How do do post a pic under your name?? Is there somewhere on the board it tells you. I will try to work it out but I'm not too good on the computer!! Excuse my mistakes while I try things out eg colour writing and smilies!!

Can change avatar by going to profile at very top of page then options then change avatar use a 3fc one or one from your computer or one swiped from net!
If you want to join in with our weekly weigh in thread just pop over there and have a look see how other people are posting - some of us give more detail than others, but the important thing is that you just post your weight loss just once each week because I'm easily confused...
There is a thread called 'Hello, I'm.....' where some of us have posted a little biography of ourselves as well.
