Default Nintendo Wii

Has anyone tried this? I have muscle definition in my upper arms for the first time since I was a teenager, and it's all due to this game!

Now I just have to sort out the rest of me!

I think the Wii Sports Package will be good for arm definition, at least in my right arm X___x I'll have to learn to play left handed. I am anxious for this:

Wii Fit

I kinda want this, just to try it out, but it does seem rather pointless. There's this YouTube parody of the commercial for it here:

Wii Fit Parody

I tend to agree with this Sarcastic Gamer. He makes some valid points. As for me, I dont have time to go to a gym or even make dinner most days. So I'm sticking with Wii Sports.

Its a great console, but I'm going to also be using Dance Dance Revolution to get a better cardio work out.

We just got one for Christmas. Which games are you playing? I pushed my kids out of the way and did the boxing for a while yesterday. My shoulders were a little sore afterwards. I'm very excited to try different games on it!

We got one for Christmas too! The kids have a few games but Im pretty much addicted to Wii sports. The boxing has me sweating after the 3 rounds and I love the tennis. Ive even found myself having a game before work and Im not a morning person usually!

We've gotten Rayman Raving Rabbids (very cute fun mini game filled...game)

Super Paper Mario, I am addicted to these games, I love the story lines!

Mario Party 8, awesome fun for 2+ people, video board game of sorts.

WarioWare Smooth Moves, excellent and absolutely hilarious! This game speeds you through about 15 mini games that last no longer than 5 seconds, and with well over 200 games to get thrown at you, it's fun that'll last forever and a day!

Oh, those all sound like fun. So far, DS has been glued to Guitar Hero 3. I have to admit that I enjoy it also. We also got DDR (my favorite) and Super Mario Galaxy, which we haven't played as much yet. We have the Wii Play as well, but I haven't had much time to try it out.

Thanks for the suggestions!

You guys have to try the Sonic and Mario olympics game! It's really good fun! The swimming is particuarly hard on the arms! I've got the Rayman game.. OMG the pain!
The biggest advantage, other than the fun factor, is that if I'm playing the games, I can't really eat!
