Easter
On the tail of the christmas challenge that I set myself I am now setting myself an easter challenge. I gained 3lbs over the past fortnight. I have 11 weigh-ins before easter so I am aiming to lose 11lbs.
Start dec 31st 255lbs wk 1 jan 7th wk 2 jan 14th wk 3 jan 21st wk 4 jan 28th wk 5 feb 4th wk 6 feb 11th wk 7 feb 18th wk 8 feb 25th wk 9 mar 3rd wk 10 mar 10th wk 11 mar 17th Easter Sunday is March 23rd. Please feel free to join me. |
I'll join in and hopefully actually do it this time. :o :p I haven't weighed myself yet. :o

I shall have to join in and do my best. Oh if only I had appreciated how small I had got last year!! Anyway I am ten stone 5lbs. I won't weigh myself until my period has been and gone.

I'll join as well. I'm looking to lose 20 by 15th May so this should keep me on track. My lowest so far has been 14st 13lbs which was just before Xmas 1st Jan weighed in at 15st 3lbs. Ive set myself a mini goal of 7lb by valentines. Only 1lb a week but half a stone off at any time is better than never! Hopefully I'll reach that before then. In just one week being back on the diet I have lost the 3lb that I gained over christmas plus an extra pound. It has also bought me into a new stone. Best get the exercise equipment out and restart with my exercise. Good luck everyone else. |

I had provisionally set myself the goal of 14 lb by Easter which would make me 11 stone. I lost 6lb this week so Im well on my way - yay :carrot: But 11 weeks is a long time so fingers crossed I continue :)

OK - I'll jump in on the Easter goal too! I have a mini goal of my own in my sig, but Easter is a good target. I shall go for 18 lb lost (1.5 per week), which gives me a goal weight of 163.
