Default 26 year old UK fat chick looking for a litlle help and back up?

Hi I am new and looking for some help?
I have a reunion in one month and a wedding in two months ....need to lose 25 - 30 pounds still

any suggestions.
I am in need of a quick fix? - I have tried WW and all of those - vegetarian so difficult to follow.
looking for something a bit more interesting .....

any ideas or support appreciated

Do not know of any quick fixes as I'm trying to lose a lot of weight but glad you have joined us please stick around and post lots I'm vegetarian as well.

There aren't any magic pills or potions available here , but plenty of advice help and support. take it one day at a time, eat helthily and slowly and surely you will get there. Welcome aboard!!

Default not looking for pills and potions

sorry....i typed that the wrong way....beleive me I know that all the rubbish does not work and making youself ill in the process is about as stupid as it gets.
I want to do this helthily.....just looking for some ideas....like the frozen grapes!

I agree with everything that's been said - I'm afraid it's something you have to work at and there is not way you will shift that weight in that time. However, being young if you get down to it you could lose a good few lbs.

hi sledgin i cant wait till i can type im on my last 30-35 lbs to go i cant begin to imagine how much different things will be then.i know what you mean about needing new inspistaional ideas though ive tried nearly every diet and clas sout there at some point and they all do get boring after a while and thats where ive always gone wrong before IVE ALLOWED it to become boring good luck to you and read through other boards theres a lot of hints and tips out there after all were all after the same thing

oh my goal is about as far off right now as my lottery win but i will get there,i started on 222lbs im now down to 216lbs(weighd today) i hope to get to about 100lbs by next july a site i visited worked out id need to lose 1.6lbs a week to reach goal by then which means i dont have to be as strict with myself as i have been in the past

forgot to say im not really following any plan im saving my pennies (and lbs) and doing it at home with eating healthy im fed up letting the other half say I TOLD YOU SO when i get fed up with classes

Default im new too but have figured it out...

just figured it....

if you click on buddy list on my message square and then click on profile on the top of the screen
a list of the forums and stuff you are in comes up as well as a buddy list...so you can click on me and find if im on line...or not

dont worry if push comes to shove just search (top of screen ) for sledgin and reply to one of my posts..
Ill find ya dont worry
