Default New start

Hello,
Having had a terrible Christmas in terms on eating, I am ready to get on track for the new year. I am going to have three healthy meals a day and in between then, I will be drinking fresh juices (I have a juicer!) and eating plenty of fruit and vegetables. I am also going to try to exercise. What else can I do?

That sounds good to me! Xmas has also not been the best for me eating wise-i am back on track now though...so far so good. Yummmmmm, i LOVE juices...sooo tasty and HEALTHY

Good luck, healthy meals and exercise is all i try and do and its working for me....
