4 weigh ins for Nov so expected to lose 4lbs. But have done that on my first weigh in. So my aim is just to not put it all back on like I did last month.

I had promised myself that I wouldn't weight in until the end of the month but I just can't help myself. Anyway, I'm down about 3lbs.
