I don't know about anyone else but I'm dreading trying to keep to the weight loss over Xmas.
Everyone knows I'm trying to lose weight and they have been supportive but I know for a fact over Xmas they will all tell me to relax a bit and pick back up after Xmas and just enjoy myself. Im woried that if I do that then I will pile the weight on and be depressed by new year.
Any tips anyone?



after all a turkey dinner is one of the lowest calorie meals out there
just take it easy with the spuds if you're worried
and nobody forces us to eat christmas pudd and chocs do they
just enjoy yourselves
