I feel after a bad few weeks I'm starting to get my motivation back and after a 2lb weight loss again this week I feel great.
I started in the 16 stones, im about to leave the 15 stones and look towards the 14 stones.
For me the weight loss has been quite quick but now its hitting slow and steady which I'm pleased about as long as it keeps going.
I think I'll treat myself today as I deserve it and from now on every stone will be a reward.
What stages do you all treat yourself at?
well whenever i can or i have set a goal and reached it i try to plan diet around events so that when the events happen i can treat myself by simply buying a new piece of clothing rather then foodi find if i stop seeing the food is the problem/the enemy i loose sight completly very easily.
next treat is in 24 days going to see a musical in london yay
I am a fat guy I tried many time to loose my weight but could not keep it on,simple is the reason that I am fond of fast food and can not stop my self from burgers sandwich pizza and other stuff.I think I am a looser.Any body on this forum help me plz.
Hi there. You may find it easier to join a club, they can then put you in the right direction. You can still have fast food but probably not the amount you are eating now. It is not healthy to eat it all the time - try and incorporate more vegetables into your diet and soup is quite filling.If you cannot face being weighed in a club every week you can try online but remember everyone is in the same position as you whether they have 1 pound or 1 stone or very many stones to lose.
