Awwww cheer up Diane :hug: I'm no better :( i've gone downhill ever since I joined the christmas challenge :dunno: I just seem to sabotage myself when I set myself a goal :shrug: i'd be better off keeping my gob shut :lol3: i've committed to going to a badminton class with a friend this week :eek: don't know how that will go and I can tell that I won't want to go out in the cold once I get home from work :lol: but i'll go, give it a try at least ;) who knows? it might be fun :rolleyes:

What a sorry lot we are hey? it must be the weather, cold and dreary :( But, we're all still visiting here, so I hold out lots of hope for us all. We can do this, we all have blips...I'm half way through another six week program with my curves ladies, total loss so far, HALF a pound, which I put back on over Thanksgiving...but I have lost inches, and body fat, so that's all good and I'm not letting a number on a machine I can stand on, get the better of me.

Cat, have fun at badminton, I love the game myself, don't know anything about scoring it or that important stuff, but it's a game I enjoy a lot, and I'm sure you will too.

Well I am going to be good now (after today with my crisps, veggie samosa and boost bar, that is). I have a few 'eat outs' to go to but I shall be good. I have just joined SW by post (you get the magazine if you do it that way) so I must be good now.
