Sports Bra - Recommendation - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Sorry to start a new thread, but not sure how many of you would see it on the rebounder thread.

I bought a fantastic bra made by Enell from www.sportsbras.co.uk

The bra is a bit pricey i.e £35, but it is unlike any sports bra you have ever worn before. It also is very supportive for those of us whose cups are full and overflowing

if ya get my drift.

I previously wore a Berlei Shock Absorber (Impact level 4) whilst rebounding and it was not absorbing anything. The Enell is amazing.

Just thought I would share this if anyone is looking for a more supportive bra.

The customer service is excellent and they even wrapped a couple of chocolates in with the bra

what more could you ask for.

I am planning to start back on Monday (been poorly - eye infection and cold) and plan to do my Cardio Bounce video three times a week. It's about 45 minutes long and then hopefully try and get back into my Tae-Bo at least twice a week.

In my Cardo Bounce plus tape there is warm up, into the serious stuff and cool down. It is done by 3 women at the same time, all working at different levels. You just choose the person you want to work with.

Is this the same on your tape. I don't want a tape where you start on the tramp and get off to do toning stuff. Is there a session on it of serious exercise (on the tramp, like aerobics) for about 20 mins cuz that's the bit I choose to do about 4 times per week(if I can). I really do need a change to keep my interest.

The tape is about 45 minutes long. The remaining 15 minutes is for a more gentler workout for those with limited ability and in that section they show a more mature woman using a rebounding, but there is a hand/support frame attached. It's three women exercising at the same time and all doing the same thing - so no different levels and I sweat, not glow, when I do this workout.

I'll have to get back to you with the specifics as hubby has lent his mate the remote control for the video (

). The ab work and leg work is done laying on the rebounder, but I will give you specifics when the remote control comes back. I like having the remote handy so I can stop the tape for breath/loo/towel breaks

Try choicesdirect.co.uk apparently they are selling it for £2.54 (Ithink p&p is free)or failing that I got mine from bol.com £4.99 (exluding p&p).

As a last resort try Amazon.co.uk - but they really messed me about with delivery times.

If you have a HMV they should be able to order it for you and the last time I looked I think they were selling it for £3.99.

Tried Choices Direct and Bol.com and neigher of them recognised the title so I have ordered it from Amazon - fingers crossed.
